1. Consumer Terms & Conditions
- Order Acceptance: Orders can only be placed and processed when the website platform is actively accepting orders.
- Product Availability: Customers can order any item currently listed as available on our online web store.
- Automated Fulfillment: All orders are accepted and processed directly through the web store. There is no direct contact or negotiation between the consumer and individual physical retail stores.
- Support & Logistics: For all queries regarding online orders, logistics, and deliveries, customers must contact the company directly using the support details provided above, and not individual retail stores. We exclusively manage online orders and final mile deliveries.
2. Delivery Charges & Fees Policy
A. Delivery Charges (Based on Order Value)
Delivery fees are calculated based on the final cart value of the order as follows:

B. Distance-Based Additional Fees
In addition to the order value structure, fees vary based on the delivery distance from our dispatch point:
- 0 to 3 km: No distance charges (only standard delivery fee applies based on table above).
- 3 to 6 km: An additional fee of ₹7 per km will apply.
- 6 to 10 km: An additional fee of ₹10 per km will apply.
C. Service & Operational Fees
- Platform Fee: Addzena does NOT charge any platform fee or hidden service usage charges from customers at this time.
- Handling Fee: Addzena does NOT charge any processing or handling fees. Order preparation costs are managed completely within our internal vendor systems.
- Minimum Order Fee: A minimum order fee may apply depending on the specific operational costs of a product category (such as Groceries, Pharmacy, Electronics, etc.). This fee is separate from standard delivery charges and will be displayed transparently at checkout.
D. Policy Modifications
Addzena reserves the right to update delivery structures, distance metrics, promotional offers, and operational fees at any time without prior notice. All updates will reflect instantly on the platform.
3. General Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an item is dispatched, standard cancellation is unavailable.
- Replacement Criteria: Replacements are prioritized and permitted only if an item is received in a damaged, incorrect, or expired state. The item must be entirely unused and in its original packaging.
- Change of Mind / Voluntary Returns: If you wish to return a product for any other reason, or no longer want it, you will be liable to pay the core packaging and delivery fees, which will be deducted from your final refund.
- Doorstep Rejection: If you no longer want a product, you can reject it directly at your doorstep during delivery. Once a delivery is accepted and completed, it will not be eligible for voluntary refunds or replacements outside of specific defect window rules.
- Category Variation: Return, replacement, and cancellation rules vary strictly by product category as outlined below.
4. Category-Specific Policies
1. Foods, Beverages, Vegetables & Instant Food
- Return Policy: Non-returnable. Both open and packed food items cannot be returned.
- Cancellation: Cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Replacement: Eligible for replacement if received damaged, incorrect, or in poor quality.
- Refund: If an incorrect item is delivered, a refund can be requested, provided the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original form.
2. Kitchen & Cookware Items
- General Kitchen Items: Non-returnable. If found damaged, rotten, or incorrect, you may apply for a replacement. Refunds for incorrect items are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original form.
- Cookware (Pans, Pots, etc.):
- Replacement: Permitted within 48 hours of delivery if physically damaged, incorrect, or defective (must be unused).
- Refund: Must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Item must be in original condition.
- Delivery Mode: Open-Box Delivery at doorstep. Inspect carefully before accepting.
- Kitchen Utensils:
- Cancellation: Not permitted after dispatch.
- Replacement: Permitted within 24 hours if damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be unused).
- Refund: Only the product cost will be refunded; delivery and packaging charges will be deducted. Item must be in original condition.
- Kitchen Electrical Appliances:
- Cancellation: Eligible for cancellation after dispatch.
- Replacement: Permitted within 24 hours if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Clothing & Apparel
- Outerwear (Men & Women): Smooth return or exchange allowed within 2 days for issues regarding size, color, or manufacturing defects (unstitched, poor quality, wrong fabric). Conditions: Must be unwashed, unused, with all tags, logos, brand covers, and original packaging boxes intact.
- Upper Innerwear (Men & Women): Return or exchange permitted within 1 day for valid product issues under original conditions.
- Lower Innerwear (Men & Women): Only eligible for cancellation before dispatch. No exchanges and no returns permitted due to hygiene policies.
- Socks: Only eligible for cancellation before dispatch. No exchanges and no returns permitted.
4. Baby Care Items
- Baby Clothes: Easy return and exchange windows apply under standard unused conditions.
- Baby Innerwear: No returns. Only replacement is permitted within 24 hours of delivery if damaged or incorrect. Incorrect items must remain unopened and unused.
5. Decorative Items & Home Decor
- Cancellation: Not permitted after dispatch.
- Replacement: Permitted within 48 hours of delivery if received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original form.

6. Gifting Items

- Replacement: Permitted within 24 hours of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect. Must be unused with original packaging bags safe.
- Delivery Mode: Selected toys qualify for Open-Box Delivery at doorstep. If any defect or damage is found, do not accept the delivery.
8. Beauty, Essentials & Hygiene
- Beauty Products: Replacement only within 24 hours of delivery if received damaged, expired, or incorrect. Must be unused and in original form.
- Female Hygiene Products: Replacement only within 24 hours of delivery if received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Must be completely unused and sealed in original condition.
9. Stationery, Books & Media
- Books & Notebooks/Copies: Replacement, exchange, or refund is permitted within 24 hours of delivery if received damaged or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Pens & Pencils: Strictly no exchanges and no returns.
10. Daily Tech Essentials
- Replacement: Only replacement is permitted within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect. Must be unused and in original form.
- Delivery Mode: Open-Box Delivery at doorstep. Inspect carefully upon arrival.
