1. SCOPE OF FACILITATED DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

Through strategic contractual partnerships with certified diagnostic facilities and accredited pathology chains, Well Meds assists patients in booking and accessing:

• Pathology & Blood Laboratory Tests: Complete blood counts, lipid profiles, diabetes monitoring (HbA1c), liver/kidney panels, hormonal analyses, and routine biochemical screens.
• Radiology & Imaging Examinations: X-Rays, Ultrasound (USG), Computed Tomography (CT Scans), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
• Neurological & Brain Investigations: Specialized brain and neurological examinations, including Electroencephalograms (EEG), brain MRI/CT neuro-imaging, and nerve conduction studies conducted at designated partner diagnostic centers.
• Sample Logistics: Facilitating sterile at-home phlebotomy sample collections or clinic visit appointments via partner personnel.

2. PLATFORM STATUS & INDEPENDENT OWNERSHIP

• No Direct Ownership: Well Meds is a technology and healthcare booking provider. Well Meds does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control the laboratories, imaging centers, testing equipment, or diagnostic premises.
• Independent Contractors: Partner labs, phlebotomists, radiologists, biochemists, and pathologists operate as autonomous third-party service providers holding their own respective clinical establishment licenses and accreditations.

3. Absolute Disclaimer on Test Fluctuations, Variances & Clinical Outcomes

• Biological & Machine Fluctuations: Biological markers, hormonal levels, and clinical parameters naturally vary based on diurnal rhythm, patient diet, fasting states, hydration, stress, and differing laboratory assay methods or analyzer calibrations.
• No Liability for Variances: Well Meds explicitly disclaims any liability or responsibility for fluctuations, variances, numerical differences, or discrepancies between reports across different labs or subsequent testing dates.
• Diagnostic Responsibility: The partner diagnostic laboratory and its signing pathologists/radiologists bear sole and exclusive professional and clinical responsibility for specimen processing, test precision, result accuracy, calibration, and report generation.

4. CLINICAL INTERPRETATION & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

• No Medical Diagnosis by Well Meds: Diagnostic reports, reference intervals, or flag indicators provided by partner labs are purely informational. Well Meds does not interpret diagnostic data or provide definitive clinical diagnoses.
• Doctor Consultation Mandatory: Patients must share test results with a qualified Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) for accurate clinical correlation and treatment decisions.

5. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & BILLING TERMS

• Pre-Collection Cancellation: Test bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled prior to sample collection or counter registration at the diagnostic center.
• Post-Collection Finality: Once a sample (blood, urine, tissue) has been drawn or an imaging scan initiated, the service is deemed rendered; no cancellations, refunds, or reversals are permissible.
• Refund Disbursement: Any approved booking refund is remitted strictly to the customer's verified bank account (via NEFT/IMPS), with statutory GST deducted in accordance with our financial policies.
