This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions, payment methods, and pricing regulations on the Addzena platform, operated by Wellmeds Pharmacare Private Limited. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, Addzena provides multiple secure payment channels for its customers:

A. Online Payments

Customers can pay securely using the following integrated digital payment options:

  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Debit Cards & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets
  • Other valid payment mechanisms approved under the current guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Security Note: All online transactions are encrypted and processed through certified, secure third-party payment gateways and service providers to ensure maximum data protection.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available under strict operational parameters and localized limitations:

  • Service Area Restriction: COD facilities are exclusively available within selected service locations in Kasganj only.
  • Order Value Threshold: Orders with a total value up to ₹1,999 are strictly not eligible for Cash on Delivery. COD is only applicable for orders exceeding this threshold.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

  • Full Payment: Customers must hand over the total invoice amount to the delivery partner at the exact time of delivery before taking possession of the package.
  • Payment Collection: The delivery partner may accept physical cash or digital payment collection methods (like dynamic UPI QR codes) as authorized by the company.
  • Right to Restrict: Addzena reserves the right to limit, disable, or suspend the COD option for specific products, user categories, or precise micro-locations based on operational risk.
  • Misuse Clause: Repeated refusal or rejection of COD orders at the doorstep will result in the immediate restriction or permanent suspension of the COD facility for that customer account.
  • Dispatch Lock: Once a COD order has been dispatched for delivery, the customer is no longer eligible to cancel the order.

4. Transaction Processing & Confirmations

  • Order Success: Orders placed via online payment methods will be officially processed and scheduled for fulfillment only after a successful payment confirmation is received from our partner payment gateway.
  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank account or wallet but the order fails to confirm on the platform, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Gateway Timelines: For failed transactions where money was routed away from your account, refunds will be initiated automatically and credited back as per the standard technical reconciliation timelines of your specific bank or payment gateway provider.

5. Pricing and Taxation

  • Currency: All product prices displayed on the Addzena platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Itemized Billing: Applicable statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), along with any valid shipping or category-specific fees, will be displayed transparently on the checkout page before final payment.

6. Refunds

All approved refunds arising from eligible cancellations, valid product returns, or technical transaction failures will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund execution remains subject to applicable law, banking channels, and company evaluation policies.

7. Right to Refuse or Limit Orders

Wellmeds Pharmacare Private Limited reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or place volume limits on any order at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of suspected fraud, unexpected stock unavailability, systemic pricing errors on the platform, or any clear violation of our core company policies.
